Question Hat heat transfers

What materials can I use a hat heat press on? Does the hat need to have a foam back to it in order to sublimate properly? Thanks to anyone who helps me out..

The cap you use will depend entirely upon what you're transferring. I have used inkjet transfers, and they come out OK. Generally, I use t-shirt vinyl, or plastisol transfers...they look great. Really, any cap will work for those methods...just make sure you have the right size platen for the cap (low profile, full crown, trucker, etc.)
