We bought this brand new machine less than 2-year ago with cap kit and software. We originally planned to use this machine to make samples. We wholesale leather bags and wallets, it turned out that we have hardly any customer want embroidery. To make it worse, we don't have any body to train for the software and hardwares. So we decided to let it go to somebody who can really use it.
The machine was hardly used, still have the original starting kit.
Cap kit never opened still in the box.
