Hi I'm new to screen printing and I'm looking to buy a 16x20 heat press for under $500.
I fund one on ebay for $320 it's an older model Hix -1620 16x20 Swing-away Heat Press any advice? Thanks
I have a small 15X15 hix heat press and have used it for 20+ years. Good press. Have not used the swing away version but for that price I would buy it. If you have a temp gun use it to make sure ther are no cold spots on the platen. Could be a problem if you are planning on using transfers.
