welcome! I see that you are from IL... "based" but does that mean your digitizing is DONE in America or only your order processing/website?? I ask this because the front page on your website is full of grammatical errors and phrases that are not typically American...

I realize "based" is an acceptable term, but just want to clarify as I don't believe "based" is necessarily the transparency that those looking for a true American digitizing house would accept. Please advise.

Simple whois on the domain and this USA based digitizing company is located in Pakistan go figure.

Besides no American uses the periods when abbreviating United States of America.

You know Robert one big thing that always turns me off to a new Digitizer is a gallery of only screen captures, anyone can whip up a down and dirty logo for a screen capture. But your site Robert has the real deal in the galleries.

thanks inkman.. and 3 of the designs in our one page gallery were 1st place winners in the annual "Stitch-Off" competition... or "Golden Needle" awards.. we have taken first place 14 times... not to mention other places.. just dont enter any more as it never really did anything for business.. just ego boost I guess.
I just scratch my head when I see US BASED... I mean if you are using THAT as your "hook" then at least have someone proofread your content... they misspell EMBROIDERY on page 2 even! And when you see the names of who has friended on facebook.. yikes.
