Re: Hello from Texas
I love the mb4.I have a melco 6 needle,a viking, a singer and the janome that I have for sale. They are all for sale, but if could keep 1 it would be the janome.I have never had any trouble with it,its quick, quiet and I love the on screen editing.I have done everything from quilting, lace embroidery and heavy denim jackets on this machine with no hassles.I have a friend with a 6 needle brother and she has it in the shop every few months.Janome stands behind their machines and if needed, its easy to fo find a service center.Design transfer is so simple and it stitches beautifully. For the money and the quality, janome mb4 is great. Its not a huge machine like the melco and is not super heavy.I took mine to a trade show to promote my business.I have tried many machines and its my favorite.Hope you find a machine you love and are happy with,it isn't fun when you don't.Every machine has its naysayers,so go try them all out and see what works for you.Hope this helps
