Re: Help!
Hi Amy,
I just started out myself. I decided to go with a Printa 770 6 color silkscreen. They have a all in one bundle package with a starter kit that is pretty much everything you need to get started. You just need a room big enough for the silkscreen, maybe a garage or backyard with water for a wash out station. and a way to cure, or dry your prints. I use the Printa systems conveyer belt dryer, it was multiple settings and adjustments so you can make sure your prints never wash out after the first wash. I would say the hardest part about starting out, is your artwork prep. If you have experience with illustrator or Photoshop, your one step closer. A good positive is what you need for a good print. So a good printer that can print a deep rich black is best! Hope this helps you out. Feel free to ask me any questions, as I am still figuring it all out as well....
