Default Help embroidering very thick poly filled vest

Would appreciate input/guidance regarding monogramming a poly filled vest. Vest has a very high poly fill in a quilted pattern and when sewn had multiple loops randomly throughout. We trimmed the loops and ran the pattern again but just not happy with the result (first and last time doing that, hate the method). Had previously sewn design on similar poly filled fabric but less fill and had great sewout with a Barudan. Backside tension was a good 2/3 - 1/3. Using 75/ll Sharp.

We're a small business with a Barudan BEVT, a Tajima TEHX, couple 6 needle Babylocks, using clamps and Wilcom. Not sure if there is a way to change the pressure foot setting for this application on the Barudan. Any thoughts/help is greatly appreciated.
