Help with Embroidery

Default Help with Embroidery
I have an SWF MA-6. For whatever reason my machine starting making the most left(closest to needle one) weird looking. It makes this outline stitching and does not fill it all the way in. Any ideas. It's only on needle one. I've tried 11 and 12 needle for caps.[IMG]
