291 is an upper thread error.

however, by TC sensor, are you referring to the chip that is in the back of the upper part of the head, eg. the chip that is located about directly behind the LED light on the head?

If not, that may need to be changed. I have had those go before, if you haven't checked there, take the back cover off the head, and make sure its not loose.

Have you done this?
I get the feeling you may have, but just curious.

thanks for the info . yes that is the same one that I replace, I Changed it with two from the other heads and they do not work either on that particular head, but if I put them back in the other heads they will work fine same thing with the original tc from the head that is giving me the error it will work on the other machines.

Hmmm ... Possibly a cable? The mesh cable that comes out of the back of the head, and goes under the shelf and down into the frame of the machine, perhaps it got pinched?
