Default Help -Happy voyager owner

Hi.

I need help.
I contacted happy in NC they gave wrong direction and stop respond. Contacted manufacture no respond.
Worst customer service.
Never buy happy again.

My question is After making few stitches, how can I setup stitch position?
After I move the position and press start button it goes back to the original position.
I also have a SWF machine but whenever I move the position it starts from that position.

My model is happy voyager 12 needle with LCD screen (Not Touch screen)

Thank you in advance.
