Help -- I need melco boot disk software

more than 2 weeks past and 3 emails to Melco tech support requesting the boot disk software for EMC 10/4T machine or fixing the links on their website so I can download it myself and no help yet and they only sell boot disk for EMT machines on website
can someone help me either email me the software or point me to a place where I can download it,
I have been reading few threads regarding this and it sound that all I need is a file called melco.sys and this is a very small file may be some one can email it to me I really appreciate it The disk I have got corrupt
