Default Help!!! Logo over pocket?

Hello! I'm brand new to this forum, and can't wait to sit down and read some of the posts. But right now, I'm in the middle of a very large job - 1400 shirts, and have a pressing question. I'm working on Hawaiian shirts with a pocket. The manufacturer did an amazing job blending the pocket into the shirt - you can't even tell it's there! My question, normally you would put a logo over the pocket, but in this instance, the pocket is farther to the right than usual. if I measure down as I would normally on a non-pocketed shirt, it doesn't fall over the pocket, more to the left. So, do I still put it over the pocket, or measure down my usual - 8" down and 4" over?

Thanks so much!!!

welcome to the wonderful world of embroidery!

how much further over is the pocket? if its just a bit, i would say center over the pocket.

if you're really unsure, and especially because its that large of an order, i'd ask the customer which way they would prefer it. that way you can't be wrong. afterwards, if they don't like its their fault.
