Help with Neo

Hi, I am new member prairie girl. I have a used Neo and I am new to embroidery. I am wondering what the heck I did wrong now. The machine makes a birdsnest under the throat plate and the mechanism that is in front of the bobbin gets stuck there. Can someone please tell me how to fix this. Thanks.

You probably have the bobbin thread inserted in the wrong direction.
Didn't you get an instruction manual with your machine?
If so, check out the instructions on how to insert the bobbin thread.

If you are getting birdsnest, you are provably having tension problems or a timing issue. Check the tension on the bobbin first then the upper tension. Are you having the problem on all of the needles or just one?
