Default HELP Toyota AD860 won't pick up threading tube

I've got a Toyota AD860 that for some reason, the Needle thread take-up is not picking up the threading tube when the machine moves to select the thread color. It bumps the threading tube just enough to drop it loose. I can't find any info on a possible solution. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I used to have the same machine and had that problem. If I recall, one of the three little prong like things that pick up the threading tuber was slightly bent. Straightened it and that corrected it!
