Hi another Newbie

Hi my name is Rob
I own a small craft shop, Woodnwoolens and have a Listing on Etsy.

I bought some equipment recently to start sublimating on coasters.
I have an Epson C88+
A-Sub paper
A Heat press
Bought a ink kit from InkxPro

I have printed some pages and tried to press some coasters without success. I'm getting no image transfer what so ever.
I've watched so many YouTube videos and non pertain to my problem.
I press 400 deg for 60 sec.
My coasters do not have a plastic coating.
Not sure what else to say, just baffled, it looks like it should be a no brainer.
I would really appreciate some help.
Thanks
Rob

I’ve never done sublimation but have a fair understanding of the process. The most important aspect in sublimation is white polyester surface and a special ink that is made for sublimation. Hope this helps you find the problem.
