For sale is a Hix Premier 6 color / 6 station manual press
Before I begin this description; may I say, I've owned this press for nearly 5 years - It was used on a daily basis next to our M&R Chameleon. As a daily user of this press, it performed just as well. We're selling this press because we've just moved into a smaller warehouse and do not have enough space for both manuals plus the automatic. Right now it is completely assembled but being stored at the moment.
By all means, this is not an entry level press - This press was made for production.
Comes complete with aluminum pallets, side clamps and XYZ micro-registration (keeps registration great and micro adjusts smoothly)
The most notable feature on this press is the air lifts. Every print head has its own air cylinder powered by a master air tank in the middle of the press. The print heads NEVER slam up or down on the pallet causing your squeegee fall. You can literally lift the print heads with a lift of a finger. With that said, the screens always remain in a more horizontal position opposed to a vertical condition with any other manual press. This feature is amazing and makes heavy production a breeze.
Since the heads have the air lifts, the press must be attached to a small compressor, I will include a 5 gallon air compressor with a air hose - This is everything you need.
