HM1 For Sale or Lease Assumption

We're looking to sell our HM1 to someone who is willing to assume our lease or simply purchase the machine outright. The HM1 was purchased from SWF Mesa less than 7 months ago and is still under warranty. The HM1 is great and the white ink management system is superior to any other machine on the market. The machine has been meticulously cared for. In August, the machine received a new print head, cleaning station and main-board and was "restored" to the condition it was given to us in. Since that time, we have NOT printed on it and the lines have been bled in order to keep it in pristine condition.

We ideally would like someone to assume our lease and take over payments. There are 50 payments remaining at $322 per month. The lease includes a Stahl's 16"x 20" hoover press with auto release ($1,500). It also includes an extra adult platen and a pre-treat gun and supplies. Additionally, it would also include Corel x5 (the most current version) and 3 of the action illustrated clip art libraries (we paid $1,200+ for the software). The books included are the Elements of Style I, Sports and Mascots and another one that I can't think of at the moment. We have some additional supplies left as well-ink, filters, pre-treat, etc.

Additionally, we're wanting to give every incentive to move this process along as quickly as possible so we have a swing away hat press that was purchased 7 months ago available that we'll throw in if the purchaser plans to meet us to pick up the equipment. Either way, we're willing to wor with the purchaser to make this deal happen!
