Does anyone have the Gen 2 and t bar system? Or the green handle older ones? I got some questions on them.

Yes sir, I have the Gen 2 and the T bar system. Well you need the t bar system to hoop it perfectly.

I have the older gen 2 they call green handle you know this one? Does the Gen 2 help a lot on Richardson hats? Hold about visors?

i bought mine 2 years ago.I dont know if it's the old one or the new one. My t-bar came with black handle. I have a barudan machine, and i like the hoop tech products more than the one offered by the barudan company.

I use other brand caps, not popular name brand, but just regular brand caps, because my customer base doesn't care much about popular hats.

Overall there are 2 types of hat, structured and unstructured. Structured are sturdy hats, and unstructured are more like cloth. Structured could've been done by barudan hoops, however i like the gen 2 hoop more than barudan. Now the unstructured hats are much more harder to hoop in barudan( if you don't have a lot of experience), however it's way easier to hoop in hooptech products.

Visor are better to hoop in hooptech products, because it gives more space to embroider the visor than the cap hoop offered by machine.
