Hooping diaper bags

Greetings,
I have a PRC 600 and am looking for tips and advice on what kind of hoops to use for quilted diaper bag monograming. In addition to hoop types, are there any links to good sources of hooping techniques for such items.

Generally speaking, Fast Frames http://www.fastframes.com/instuctions.htm should work. Fast Frames are easy to use. Just make sure you measure your starting point before embroidering. Do you have specific questions?
