Are the HoopMaster systems worth the money? If so, any recomendations where to buy?

Yes, its definitely worth it. I've used mine for seven years without any problems. If it broke I would replace it immediately. The sleeve board makes hooping pockets, sleeves, beanies and other hard to hoop items easy. Hooping is fast, simple and accurate. I believe I purchased mine from HoopMaster. You might see if a vendor can offer you a "show" price.
