HotRoq quartz flash unit. Works great, we just upgraded equipment.
This has quartz flash bulbs, a foot pedal to start the flash or use the optical platen/shirt detector to automatically turn on when you cycle to the next pallet. 3 zones, so you can turn off quartz bulbs if doing a smaller print area.
I used this with our manual press for years and it has been great. No worries about leaving the flash on, or heating up the shop with an always on flash. We used 16x22" pallets and this flashed everything we needed. Flash area is 20" x 24".
220V single phase 50amp power rating. Never used it at full temp, only took a few seconds to flash, so probably draws a lot loss power.
Comes with some extra parts: SSR's, an extra control unit (we replaced the control box, but I think this one still works as I think it was a relay issue), and some other stuff.
Price: asking $2000 (price reduced 6/26 from $2500). This is a great flash unit - use it with your manual press or could probably use with your auto if you can remove a head/etc.
Pickup in Lake Jackson, TX (about an hour south of Houston). It can be disassembled and put on a pallet, but you would need to arrange for pickup - palletizing fee of $200. Or, I can take the parts to a UPS store after payment and they can probably pack and ship it in 2 big boxes and another box with the quartz tubes - you take care of shipping/packing payment with them. I have the original boxes for the quartz tubes.
I may be able to drive a bit to meet up with a down payment, or a lot further with a delivery fee and down payment.
I will also be listing an Antec Legend 6/6 with aluminum platens: adult, youth, sleeve; as well as a hold-down platen, and other items, for $7000. Would make a package deal for $9000, and include squeegees and other stuff.
