Default How can I reduce the trims any further

Hello

I have a cross stitch design I need to digitize. It is a complex and big design with 15+ colors scattered a over the design.
We have used run stitches to avoid trims wherever possible. But for the colors that are laid later it is not possible to use run stitch as the run stitch will show up in the finished embroidery. We could bring down the trims to 104. But the customer is not happy as those many trims will make the machine time unacceptable and it may mess up with the new Tajima machine.

Please help with options that we may not be aware of.

i would be happy to take a look at the design as well. i'm sure the issues would make more sense with the design in front of us. if not, could you post a pic of the design?

Post up the design - let the other "digitizing eyes" around here take a look. Would be interested to see all the different views on a solution.

please tell me one of you got a private response? The questioner got two professional digitizers interested enough to try to help... but as far as the forum is concerned we don't know if either of you got the chance?

Thank you both for offering to help though. that was very nice of you both!
