I bought a double-basin washout sink from Home Depot, cut out the partition between the basins, built a frame around the sink out of 2x4s, and screwed some of that white translucent corrugated plastic stuff people use for greenhouses or cheap patio roofs to the framework. Overlap the panels and rivet the overlaps in a few spots, then take some silicone caulk and lay a bead around the bottom where the panels rest on the top of the sink edge. Hang a fluorescent light behind the back and you're in business.

I'm adding a rinse out booth for washing out freshly exposed screens only.I'm ordering a used IBC tote, 330 gallon version. They are about 48" wide, 54 tall. Ill cut an opening in the front, this will leave a completely sealed and enclosed top, bottom, and sides. Cut the aluminum cage that they come in to make it's stand. I've seen this at another shop before. It very much in the end resembled the Screen Kleen systems molded Poly booth we have now. All should cost under $200.00 they are on ebay from 100-200 bucks. $5.00 sink drain in the bottom and done.

I went to the plumbing supply house and got a small shower insert complete with floor and drain. The top was damaged and they gave it to me. Built a 2x4 base and cut the top to size to raise the shower floor to just above waist level. Plumbed the drain and there you have it. If you want to add a back light, cut a square in the back and get a piece of clear poly and silicone it in. Buy a cheap shop light and you got it. I don't use a back light in my washout but do check the screens on a light table when dry. Hope that helps.
