How to Embroider on TShirts

Hello everyone, I am doing some shirt on my EMP6 for a motorcycle group. I need a faster way to place the designs on the shirt without having to make a template for each name and then placing them on the shirt to ensure they are placed correct. PLEASE HELP!!!

we use it in our shop all the time. Also, you could look at more expensive hooping stations but for $15, i like my little guide posted above
