Default How an embroiderer can cope up the Market competition

Being an embroiderer are you thinking that your customers not satisfied with your services? Or do you think you are unable to match competitor’s price? You might be thinking how the hell your competitor can offer this price? Sometimes your heart or mind asks you how I can hold the customers for life time.
If more or less these questions come to your mind then this blog is definitely for you because it will give you the solution for the above questions.
This is Mack writer of this blog I am in the industry from past decades. Being a management student and a tiny part of the industry I have met with many embroiderers I was asked this kind of questions many time, so now start writing these lines because I love to help my fellow industry related people.
1st of all keep this in mind that never try to adopt every step of your follow successful embroidery company because they stand at a different position it’s one of the biggest reason of failure and stress as well because sometimes you just need to adapt the situation rather adopt. I will give you a practical example of one of my friend who is now successfully running his embroidery business by just following the same now I will tell you that what he did and then what happened with him.
By seeing the success of a good embroidery company (cant mentioned the name) he hired a Digitizer (which are costly in western countries) he started working with him he was quite happy in the beginning but at the end of month he found that his profit ratio has decreased, he continued the practice for one more month then he talked to me that he was not happy with his business even now I have my in-house digitizing he asked me for the advice as I have little knowledge of accounts and finance. After some calculations I asked him to fire the digitizer and work with a good digitizing company which offer you excellent quality with nominal charges until and don’t hire a digitizer unless and until your orders cross the limit of 50/month.
He tried it and took Free trial from different companies for the same design and chose a good one from them, now his profit ratio and no. of orders are increasing every month may be near future he will be able to hire a digitizer (my best wishes are with him).
In my every blog I will try to point out a few minor and measure things for the sake of my fellow Embroiderers.

Yes somewhat it was posted for advertisement purpose (Apologize if someone didn't like it) but we are actually looking to share our 10 year experience in the digitizing services.
Which will eventually help newbies or Rockies to troubleshoot the problems which they faces in modern digitizing.

Thanks for your positive feedback.
Also for the negative feedback which will help me to improve in upcoming post.

quality punch isn't good at all - we tested them out. they don't even run a stitch to hold down foam and on hat designs don't follow the bottom to top inside out guideline
