I worked for the company as distance digitizer, made up to 12 logo on left chest, and up to 7 on the back.

9 hours a day. 5 times a week. $ 10 for a logo

at the same time in my studio, embroidered on the three brothers 600

You worked on piece work instead of fixed salary?

I dont care for the piece work plan as it makes it too hard to budget since they could be working on a $15.00 design or a $45.00 design, they still get their 10.00 each, but the house's income varies. we have our digitizers on salaries with a daily quota... so day in day out the house bills the same from each digitizer, so we can budget effectively. It is up to them if they do ten $10 designs or one $100 design, I dont care as long as the total number at the end of the day is the same.
