What are the steps for selling your Business, determine pricing? Should price be determined by Sales, equipment, etc?

That is a tough one normally businesses in our industry just close. I could buy your business but i do NOT have the personal connection with your clients... so they could leave, no guarantees

you can sell the equipment... but I feel that is about it.
