I have problem set up my amaya xt

I recently bought used amaya xt 2007. When tested the machine it was working fine. But when I brought the amaya to my store. I have problem seting up. The computer is telling me 1 cluster 0 head. I don't know why. I try almost everything. Someone told me not to engage with emergency stop. I do not know how to not engaged with emergency stop. Can someone help me. What is my steps? Thank you.

I'm not familiar with amaya's at all ... however, I have my Barudan's networked, and the cluster is the "location" of the machine, and the heads are what is available for production. I'm guessing its a network issue? Again, I could be TOTALLY wrong.

I would call them. You have decently new machine, even though you didn't buy it from them, they may still help you. Worst case, they will charge you for a tech support call, but you should get an answer quickly.
