All of a sudden my emulsion doesn't work right.

I put it on and it doesn't dry overnight. It takes like two days, and then when it's "dry" it still feels a little sticky and it looks all shiny and streaky. Plus there will be little blobs of emulsion.

I go to spray my pattern out and streaks of emulsion strip away where they're not supposed to.

I've done this many times and it's worked perfectly. Suddenly it's doing this and I don't have the slightest clue why. Please help!!!

You need to add some sort of heat source and get the air circulating. I used a wooden box I made with a small heater in it and screens would be thoroughly dry in an hour or so. Letting them dry naturally is difficult depending on temperature, humidity, etc.

How old is your emulsion?
