I need help with my sublimation software pls

I have purchased a sublimation printer and rotary drum heat press

I have a ribbon company and cannot figure out how to use the software
that came with the equipment to set up my designs to do a continuous
design for 50 to 100 yds.

we have the maintop dtp and ps version 5.1

if anyone can help pls.

Why don't you contact from where you purchased those products they would send someone who will tech you everything about it. Think over it.

Not every company has that kind of support.

I might be able to help (key word "might") but I just need to know what exactly it is you are trying to do and how you have the machine set up currently. If it is just one setting that is off then it is no problem, but if it is something more serious it could be a difficult fix.
