I need Help in the worse way.

I have a design, Digitized by yours truly, just a little over 600K stitches. I do not have a hoop that will allow me to embroider the 48" wide that the design is, My thought is to break this up into multiple parts to embroider the item as a whole design. I have been digitizing for 20 years. I have never had the need to do such a large piece. Can some one walk me through their ideas on how to accomplish this.
