I want to buy your stuff..... please read.
... but I never have all the info I need to do so.
I have been to good forums and I have been to ..um... not so good forums.
However, all the good ones have strict enforcement of what MUST be included in any post for used goods. I have included a list:
What I want to know when buying used equipment
- Year, Make, Model and general condition of equipment
- Location of equipment (City and State or zip code)
- PICTURES! (thanks, Evo)
- Your asking price (in USD)
- Contact info (email or phone number)
- any additional commentary about the specific history (optional)
Basic adherence to these guidelines will all but eliminate the the need for trails of "how much" "where located" etc.....
Then again, maybe being vague is how people plan to keep their post getting bumped to the top, however, I will not likely buy from you.
I am sure what I have to say can be echoed by many on the boards.
I really appreciate this forum and would just like to help make it even better.
