Some teeny tiny writing I was playing with about a year ago - just to see if I could.

OK this one is kinda cool... client wants to do an applique but with a rouched effect. must be a very small batch because of the operator time but sounds pretty innovative! So you sew a line , they fold the fabric then you sew another, etc. then when all the rouching is complete you do a satin border around the entire rectangle and then sew the design on top of it all. HOW CREATIVE! hopefully they will allow me access to a pic or two,

This one took me by surprise: client calls to see if we have implemented the "five minute rule" What is that? OH that is where a customer can only be in your shop for 5 minutes.

is this a real thing?

Here we all work from our homes so there is NO place to visit for 1 minute or 12 hours. lol

Is she worried that our dst sent via the website could transmit something? crazy

OH we got some bright ones out now Charlie Brown. Lets take a perfectly good/safe PPE and put 4000 to 20,000 holes in it so you can have a pretty embroidery on your face! Yep adding holes makes perfect sense I think we should even use a button hole attachment so we can insert a straw so you can drink through it. I mean one more hole can't hurt. right?

question: "do you bring your lunch or ride the school bus?"

question: "did your parents have any kids that lived?"

Well it did not last long I guess:

Yesterday a client sends back a design we digitized for her: "I am so sorry I sent you the wrong art file and we sewed some product. Here is the correct art can you digitize this for free?"

Why?

Well we have already messed up in product more money than the digiziting fee so we have suffered more can't you take some of the pain too? (something like that) In the name of "good will" to keep a customer happy?

So you admit to making a mistake and want us to pay for it? I see.

thoughts anyone?

(would it alter your opinion if you found out the New design is a different company logo altogether?) not even the same company

Well, I guess some people feel they have to try their luck.
They sure would get a loud, resounding "NO!' from me - as I am sure they did from you.
But I still enjoy reading about the weirdos that you manage to get.

Also - why I need answers to the questions I (regularly!) ask them. Simple answers to questions like "What SIZE would you want this? I get asked for guesstimate stitch counts - and no size is given. Aaaaaargh!

Then - I know they have bought the Gen2 Cap Frame - but if I send anything over 5.5cm in height for caps I get asked to reduce it, because the lady on the machines prefers to use the regular cap frame. (That is something that is going to change in September.) Wish me luck.

That’s odd soon as I went with the gen2 frames I couldn’t go back Apparently she likes life a little more challenging than I do Mounting SPEAKS three times faster at least easy to deal with and has a larger stitching area why in the world would she use the originals
