Client: "I need to get this file edited please" That is it, no further instructions.

Design was done December of 2016 and this is the first it has been returned to us. Edit? What edit? What would you like changed?

Client: "why can't you embroider this lettering the size of the screenprint image I have sent?"

Me being Me... sorry.

WE can but YOU cannot....you have chosen not to offer thinner threads. you refuse to slow the machine down during certain parts. etc.

This is not a "plug and play" business if "QUALITY" is your concern.... now IF you prefer just to make a quick buck then HEY you will be fine... for a while

What do you all think??

Basically the conversation I have everytime someone sends me "a box of everything" and expects 1 file to come out perfect on everything...

client wanted a previous design enlarged to 9 inches tall. I advise that this would make the width 20 inches wide should we proceed? can you sew that wide?

"Yes, just do as I ask"

Later, after the holiday break: "WHY IS THIS SO WIDE???? I CAN ONLY SEW 11.5 INCHES WIDE?"

design is now 5.1 inches tall, not 9 as "asked"
EdNewbold likes this.

Yesterday a client asked for a design to be quoted 4 inches wide. I do so. Quote is then sent back wanting to know what the height would be.

you guessed it. design is a circle

gee, do we have incorrect art? Bet they never even looked at the art just sent a pdf to us for a quote.

funny ltpemb I think we should ALL just start sewing everything at angles start bottom left to top right...then bottom right to top left. then add as many trims as we can... poor operators though!!! not their fault.
