Issue With Roland Camm-1 Comunication.. Help!!??

I have a Roland Camm-1 PNC-1000, I do not have a manual and have been unable to locate one online. If I use a 25 pin terminal cable on the PC and the larger printer port on the cutter I can get it to spool up and print some type of code when I hit the plot button, but it will not cut what is on the screen. I was told I needed a 25 - 25 pin cable but I have this and have tried all the settings and numerous drivers with no luck, it does nothing. I really need help getting this up and running since my primary machine needs to go in for service. I would really apprerciate help and ides if you have them??!! Thank you, Shawn
