Default janome mb4

Does anyone own the janome MB4 and do you know how it compares to the Brother pr600?
I am interested in a multiple needle machine for home. I have the Singer XL 100 and 1000. I do not want another flat bed machine. Also, does the PSW software work on any other machines?

The MB-4 is completely different than the PR600.

I prefer the MB-4 because of its size and weight. Not to mention its half the price.

The Brother is made in Taiwan and the MB-4 is made in Japan.

However if you are looking to do hats the Brother is Better.

I have the MB4 and I have it for sale on this list. I also have a PR600. You can do hats on the MB4 and the hat frame I have does let you do that. It takes a little more time to set up but still does a nice job. MB-4 is better for shows lighter weight. MB4 has 4 needles, PR600 has 6.Both are easy to use.
