Default Jason Rodriguez and 360 Machines and supply warning

In April of 2013 we purchased a press from Jason Rodriguez. The press was supposed to be reconditioned and in working condition upon delivery. No work was done on the press and as a result we had to pay a additional $1200 in repair fees just to get the press working. We did agree to pay for installation fees but the press needed to be repaired 1st in order to be installed. The press was far from in working condition upon arrival. Also parts that we were promised were missing from the agreed upon package. From a set of 10 youth board, 8 10 inches squeegee and flood bars, and a large list of parts that were supposed to be replaced by the 60 day warranty. We have received absolutely zero parts from Jason. After taking Jason to court we did reach a agreement but Jason has failed to up hold the agreement making us take him back to court once again. Again Jason Rodriguez is just talk and never fulfilled the deal that was ordered and paid for promptly by us. He repeatedly lied to us, and has failed to meet in all 3 mediation dates since he stopped making the agreed upon payments we mediated with him. Behavior like this is unacceptable for any business. He also sold us a cracked compressor tank as well and he has not sent a replacement one since it was covered under the 60 day warranty. Word of advise, I would stay far away from Jason Rodriguez for used equipment sales since he still hasn't been able to meet our order and it has been over 3 years now. Here is the companies names he might be selling under; Refurbished Screen Printing Equipment, Southern Screen Inkstitute, and his newest 360 Machines and Supply https://www.facebook.com/360machinesandsupply/ . He is now selling RPM presses as a re-branded viper press. You have been warned about 360 machines and supply. He can be reached at [email address]

We had to remove all the post we put up about this since we singed a agreement but since Jason Rodriguez is a bum and could not up hold the agreement the post have gone back up. Would you want to buy equipment from someone that can't even correct past problems from 3 years ago, constantly lies, and has negative customer service making clients sue him to correct past problems? So we are taking him back to court once again and once again he has started up another company to prey on small business called 360 machines and supply. https://www.facebook.com/360machinesandsupply/

Screen Printers Beware!!! Jason Rodriguez is scum of the earth! Ripped us off for a little over $20,000. I really don't even know where to begin. We thought we were purchasing a 2007 automatic press. Jason sent us pictures of a beautiful looking press. Included in the $20,000 we were supposed to receive a full installation and training from Jason. Here is what ended up happening:
The press ended up looking nothing like the pictures Jason sent us. The press ended up being pieced together from 4 different years none of which were 2007. Jason couldn’t get the press running so the install and training never happened. He then stopped answering the phone. Then he stopped answering email and all forms of communication.*
During this process we discovered online that Jason Rodriguez is a serial conman. All you need to do is google search 'Jason Rodriguez screen printing' and there are literally dozens of articles about this crook. Unfortunatley we wired Jason the money up front. The guy sure could talk the talk. Jason came off as a nice genuine guy but he turned out to be a pathological liar and manipulating scam artist.
I tracked down the guy who sold Jason the press and his name was Matthew. Matthew was a very nice guy and cooperated with me since I told him how bad we got screwed. I found out that Matthew sold the press to Jason for $7500 and made it clear to Jason that the press was never set up and has not run for at least three years. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA Jason told us that the press was in perfect working order and we "wouldn’t need to put another dime into it." THE NERVE!
I have never met anyone quite like Jason Rodriguez. We got lawyers involved but Jason has no assets. He has been doing this for over a decade in the screen printing industry and he knows how to get away with murder. His company is registered under his wife's Dana's name. He lives with his step mom and does not own the house. He has filed bankruptcy several times and operates under different business names and alias's. He has even mimicked other legitimate business's names in order to look like he is an extension or division of another company.*
I am posting on all the t-shirt/screen printing forums about this guy because I want to prevent this from happening to other business’s.*
