Javelin pro by workhorse 8/ 10 automatic screen printing press 2 flashbacks

Griffin, GA, United States

Javelin pro by workhorse 8/ 10 automatic screen printing press 2 flashbacks . $15,000 OBO. Completely refurbished and upgraded. This press is currently being used in our shop so feel free to make an appointment and come try it out. This was an Olympian base press (which has not changed same as new javelin and it never needs to be greased) that has been completely restored. It has all new Javelin Pro upgrades with the exception of 5 heads have the front micro only because it was in too good of shape to change. You simply need to come see it to appreciate it. All new shocks, micros, hangers, carriages, you name it. Both flashbacks are the higher rated amped ones and are in perfect shape. Main cables have been replaced and the bulbs and reflectors are brand new. This is a true Javelin Pro with the digital control head which gives you all kinds of new features that the javelin with the switches doesn't. On of them is the ability to print flash up to 99 times in each head without indexing.... It only has 130,000 prints since it has been refurbished. It has a complete set of adult and youth pallets. We are downsizing for various reasons and we only need one automatic and this one is too big for our shop that's the only reason its being sold. Also whoever buys it we can discuss me setting it up for you (which I highly recommend because the biggest problem with this machine is its usually some shop that sells the machines and has some kid that works by the hour using a quick setup installation guide and has no screen printing skills what so ever and after 6 months of frustration people usually trade it in for a 60,000.00 m& R hoping it will fix their problems. This machine will put an M&R to shame if utilized right and setup properly and someone shows you the proper mesh, inks, squeegee durometer and settings( yes each style auto requires certain types and grades of components to work efficiently) with its flashback you can't get more productive and its being such a basic machine usually the only issue you have is a pin hole in a hose that you cut and put back together and its never down. The little things that workhorse doesn't know that makes their automatics perform. My wife and I have been in this industry for over 30 years and we would love to pass this machine and our knowledge of screen printing to anyone serious about screen printing. If its local I'll include setting the machine up for you for the asking price.
