Joint Venture, King Size Checkers

I have plastic injection molds for production of king size checkers, about 3 inch in diameter. Previous owner, sold these to thousands retail outlets and souvenir shops, Casinos, Zoo's Resorts across the country. Generated a million plus in revenue, but unfortunately for him was not good at running a business. I bought the assets from the bank, modified the mold to be able to be customized and now am looking for a joint venture with someone who can take this product back to the market along with offering it as a promotional product. My portion of the venture would be the mold and access to my commercial printing service business, AblePrint.com. Joint Venture Partner would be expected to do everything else from Marketing to running the Venture.
