Default Just recieved my new Neoflex

Yesterday my new Neoflex DTG arrived. Excellant service from their German supplier.

As a complete newcomer to DTG if anybody has advice or tips on pretreatment, printing, drying times, temps etc please feel free. Your expert advice would be most welcome.

Earl

The machine prints beautifully and the software is easy to use. Im still getting the hang of making the pictures in the right format ( RGB or CMYK) so it prints the right colours. This is my first printer Ive worked with so its down to learning by doing at the moment.
The strangest problem though is how much pretreatment do I put on the shirts. I am using an elecric hand sprayer and that put too much on. This morning I bought a sprayer that works with a pressure pump, less spray and more even. Learning by doing.

What I do like about this printer is that I can print shirts continually, one after the other. As one is printed the head moves onto the next, I then unload the printed shirt and reload a new one, all while the printer prints.

In answer to your question...so far so good....

Earl
