Kornit 932DS and Cincinati Gas Dryer

2008 Kornit 932 Double Station direct to garment printer and Cincinnati 48" Gas dryer print line. This setup will give a screen print shop the ability to print as little as one garment with a full color image without impacting your normal screen print business. While the Kornit can be ran with an exsisting dryer ...... the dwell time on DTG prints is much greater. This fact will limit your DTG printing to times when screen print is not normally running. Having a seperate gas dryer will allow you to complete DTG prints during normal hours.

Kornit was purchased new in 2008. It has been converted to water based inks before installed into our shop.
The double station is faster than a single station, as each pallet runs independly from the other. Pretreatment spray is automatic. List price on this unit was $206,000.

The Cincinnati dryer was purchased used and has a 48" wide belt. It has a new belt, burner control, belt motor and control. This dryer has a dwell time of 5 minutes and will cure your shirts in one pass. The wide belt will keep up with print production even on small left chest prints.

Both machines are currently hooked up and running in our shop. Sale of both machines is preferred, or you can purchase just the Kornit as a single item. Dryer is not availible as an individual item at this time.

Cost for the two machines is $95,000, FOB Indiana.
Kornit alone cost is $90,000, FOB Indiana

We will include the cost of having a tech come in a prepare the Kornit for moving in the selling price.
We will include breaking down dryer and shrink wrap for shipment in the selling price.
Any additional crating or freight cost would be the purchaser expense.
Equipment can be load via a loading dock.
