LC PRINTING MACHINE FACTORY PAD Printer Reveiw

I wanted to get some answers on ordering a pad printer from http://printermaker.com/

I am looking at the 2 color pad printer Mini2-215T.

My questions are:
Is this a ok company to work with? You have to send them payment by TT (bank transfer). I researched them and they look to be legit.
Is this a good quality printer or should I go with someone else

They have been around a long time, but I would send a pm to promoprint because he knows the Chinese pad printers much better than I do and has I am sure a better brand. Saw the catalogue a month ago and it's same machine he runs.

Also google super primex. Also argon machines are now in china. I'd look more to Taiwanese and HK based companies too FWIW.
