Lightbulb Re: logo

Well, if you are screen printing, I center the art work 5" from the center of the shirt.
The art work should be positioned about 5" down from the collar, Then, loading a large shirt centered on your platten with the collar flush with the top of the platten.

Now the tricky part comes.
With smaller and larger sizes than a large shirt you make adjustments when you load the shirt.

I follow this formula:

Small - load shirt 1" offset left from center and ½" lower onto the platten
Medium = load shirt ½" offset left from center and ¼" lower onto the platten
Large - load shirt on center and to the top of the platten
XL - load shirt ½" offset right from center and ¼" higher onto the platten
2X - load shirt 1" offset right from center and ½" higher onto the platten
3X - load shirt 1½" offset right from center and ¾" higher onto the platten

Ultimately you want the design centered between the center of the shirt and the edge of the shirt and about centered with the sleeve.
