Default Logos equiptment

Hello again already,
I am looking at a logos package to start up for $1299.00 VS a 770 system from printa for $5995.00. Could you please advise me as to what I would be able to accomplish with the 770 that could not be done with the Logos system? I have also looked at the systems on silkscreensupplies.com but their site looks a bit confusing. I want to start off part time but would like to do this full time eventually but don't want to have to buy all new equiptment in a year or so.
Thanks

Default Re: Logos equiptment

I purchased a kit from silkscreensupplies.com and the press is junk. When you try to do a print high on the shirt the alignment bushing on the press arm pinches the shirt and makes very noticeable marks. one of the magnet arms that hold the screen arm up was broken off when it arrived. The presses on logo's and on silkscreensupplies look to be the same manufacturer, I would look in to a better quality press . On silkscreensupplies.com they have the apprentice package for 2,995.00 and it comes with a riley hopkins press with micro registration (wich the logo's kit doesn't have micro) and it also comes with an exposure unit. After goin the cheap way 3 mo's ago I am about to upgrade already. Buy quality the first time and you will save money in the long run and won't have cheap junk lying aound when you buy the quality gear. I personaly am going with a vastex db30 conveyor dryer and either a hopkins 6/4 or the vastex v1000 6/4 press.
