Default Looking for Full Coverage Direct to Garment Services

I'm not sure if I'm using the correct lingo, but I'm looking for a company capable of digitally printing on the full garment if this is even possible. Since there seems to be many folks that have been in the industry for a long time, I thought this would be a good place to look.

If 100% coverage is not possible, what are the limits? Are there ways to get around them?

I looked into this before and found a company that could print full back and front including sleeves but would miss the seams where the garment was pressed. I can't find them anymore so I'm not sure how accurate this claim was.

Thanks in advance for all help.

I have a flexijet garment printer and offer contract pricing to other businesses. Our machine lets us print "Top-to-Bottom" and width is 16". This is better than most DTG printers that are only able to do a platen size (16"x20" for example).

Email me at [email address] if you want to know more....

It is possible to print a full shirt using a two pass method. The print has to be carefully registered to make the two passes seam together flawlessly.

The Brother also now offers a platen designed for this type of two pass printing.

Or fabric can be commissioned to be printed before sewing.
