Default Looking for more info on the CE100

I am preparing to purchace the CE100 (and eventually the auto punch software or another brand if of digitizing software if priced similar and works better) and have a few questions.
The large hoop for the unit is listed as 4.5x6.75, is it possible to purchace an even larger hoop for this machine? That is a good size for starters but...
Also I've seen alot of issues with the CE100 &200, but most really seem to be software issues more so than machine problems, I do realize that this is not a 3 or 4,000 dollar machine so it will have it's limits, but is it good for a getting started on a buget to earn the money to buy a better machine?
Lastly, I do plan on digitizing, and am not sure if the auto punch is really an ok program for very basic designes or if there I should look at others (I see "Embird" has a free trial version that is not much more expensive than the auto punch)? What are the auto punch softwares limitations?
Thanks sew much!
Chris
