I have 3 exposure units in the shop and I almost always default to my homemade one (granted it is like the 3rd one i built). I just can't justify spending that kind of money(and maintenance) when I can build one for a 1/3 of the price. Sorry I'm not more helpfull. If you like I'll send you my plans from my last one that took me 3 hours and $120 to build for 48"X42"

I have a Theimer Violux VT6 that still works... The shutter, however does not but can be worked manually. We used it for years ,opening & closing the shutter manually with a pair of needle nose pliers. I do not have a vacuum frame, however, that I can part with.

This is a 6000 Watt metal halide exposure unit...I even have a brand new spare bulb for it (a $300.00 value alone).

The integrator, timer, etc. and everything else works fine.

I will take 150.00 for it just to get it out of my shop.
Call me @ 919-495-2462 I am @ zip code 27549 in NC if you can use it.

The E1000 is actually a great exposure unit for the money. Our shop mainly uses a Lumitron but we also have an E1000 i've picked up from vastex last year for our 20x24 screens. The E1000 handles all of our manual screens while the Lumitron handles the 23x31.

Ulano Orange , ChromaBlue , Satti PV all expose at 60 seconds / 2.1 coated
And Exposes Satti HU and Satti DW at 5 minutes 2.1 (for halftones/high meshes)
