Looking for a shop..with frontage or "hidden" warehouse?

Hi,

im scouting for a place to move on to. since im currently printing in my garage.

I just want some experience feedback if I should look for a shop with street frontage or
warehouse type, sorta hidden most of the time.

of course frontage space is more expensive about 12-15 dollars a sq foot
and warehouse space goes from 7-9 dollars

Im just wondering if its worth having frontage as it will draw more business and random visitors?

I'm on a tight budget but will definitely invest in something if its worth it with a slight guarantee
