looking for sublimation printer

this is what i was told i needed, any help would be greatly appreciated, don't have a lot of money to spend on a new one.

Epson Workforce 1100 ($99 at Office Max)
Cobra Inks (50-60$) call them and ask which carts you need based on your needs

or you can purchase both @ Cobra with pre-installed with a bulk ink system
