I could then create an oversized pallet with the same adjustable stops. I could lower the print head, bump the stops with the screen and lock it down. I think this would work pretty easily. Anyone know where to get pin bars?

I tried making one for our shop like some I've seen others make. I never got good results, I think I understand why I didn't but I don't have the tools or machines to make the pieces precisely enough and good enough to work right. My boss wants to get a tri loc, I think it would be a waste of money though since our screen guy doesn't give a damn about the press setups and thinks regi systems are a waste and they don't work.
I'd be interested in what Robert means by his post. Maybe he's got something to add or has a way of making one that would be better. This is a topic I'd be interested in learning more about.
